I've had this exact thought several times over the last month or so. This kind of crap had to be expected, with the new album coming out, and Samsara is being pretty cool, ignoring it for the most part (or maybe just biding his time until he strikes? 
)

I also bought the SE and I didn't like the the whole cover- this whole cardboard envelope staff(which dosn't fit nowhere) and the way the CD's are treated with this cardboard card...:S
i mean, you buy a SE and you get a sucky cover
but besides it its just greate, i really liked the Rehearsal Tapes
