Updated the above link with a better version, added screams, guns, etc. Still seems kinda hollow though, anyone have any ideas what to add to it?

There is a quote from Twin Peaks they want me to use in the track. But the real problem is how to make my own evil and/or industrial sounds.

I did all of that with free samples and soundfonts, you don't need to make your own sounds, just get creative with the sounds you've got from different plugins, etc. Like adding reverbs and pitchshifting.

So I have sampled my cats purring as a roaring foundation, and I added a few random tones from a sampled musicbox.

That's awesome. I've thought about sampling my girlfriend's cat before. He's got quite a deep tone; we've got a bass cat, I guess.

How does one mic up a cat? I'm dead serious. I was thinking a Sennheiser e602 (kick mic) and an LDC right up on the cat. I'm not kidding.

I put him in my lap and pressed my ADK vienna to his chest Put the mic in a sock before so it wouldn't get hairy. Then I used maxxbass to boost the low end, he purrs like a gay lol
