mm well we know mike has problems with his voice sometimes.. if you read his blogs ive noticed hes had to have antibiotics and steroids for them atleast a couple of times written in his blog. every growl you do does damage according to most doctors... plus mike smokes... i hope he can growl for as long as possible but hes getting on a bit lol..

^ Yeah, the bass drums sound horrible, not bassy or anything remotely musical. Just like any today's death metal band - it doesn't matter wether they actually sound like a bass drum should, all that matters is that the listener is capable of hearing how many beats per bar the drummer can kick.

Hasn't Wacken has a history of less than perfect vocal performances?
IIRC the same thing happened to Soilwork and Ensiferum. I remember there were a few other bands.

perhaps that specific show he was having problems but having heard various shows from the ws tour where they play MA, he can handle it no problem.
