Have any of you tried creatine? If so, what were the results?
Right now, I'm loading up on 4 servings a day, and have already gained 8 pounds in 4 days. Some of the positives would be the weight gain, and I've noticed that weight lifting has gotten a little easier. The downside is how expensive this stuff is, and that I've noticed that I'm a bit more aggressive and short tempered than usual.
