Hey, everyone! Just thought I'd pop by and say a quick hello from the dead. Life is way too busy these days, and unfortunately that means UM is getting left out, but it doesn't mean that you've been forgotten! Lots to tell, but who knows if I'll get a chance to tell it all. What's new around here?

Well...I'm not full awake yet (yes, it is noon). The boy is sick (I think his snot-nosed [literally] cousin did it) and decided he wanted to cuddle on the couch all morning while the girl also slept in her room. So I just laid around and read a bit, and then got up to make lunch. Oh, and to drug his juice because he won't take medicine on his own. The upside to all this is that since he's vegging out watching Spongebob, he's not wrecking my living room.

Its 11 and I'm still drinking coffee here in the OC Brat.

I wasn't particularly hungry enough to eat lunch, but I made it for my son, who acted like he was going to die without a hot dog, which is now sitting on his plate, ignored and cold. Men.

Give me an hour or so and I'll be ready to eat that hot dog. BTW did you give him a frosty beverage to go with the dog.
