The only problem with my theory, is that he still has all that energy first thing in the morning when it's still dark out, and he's just as energetic on cloudy days

Hey, I didn't do anything to my parents. I was a wonderful child. It's my husband that was an evil little bastard. His mom told me she put "the curse" on him without ever stopping to think that she might like who he married.

And I can continue with the solar power theory, because he's never up before the sun, and cloudy days are rare here, so it could just be a buildup of energy he's working through. If we move somewhere up north, I'll have to think of something else.

Went recycling today and got a little over $46 for some soda cans and beer bottles. here's to the next run

My kids have them. They were required for one of their katas a few months ago. They got a patch on their leg for completing it. Of course, they had a karate instructor telling them when and how to use them, and I have no idea how, but it sunk in and they didn't use them on each other, or the dog. And they are the foam ones. He's got the wooden ones for sale, but we're not stupid.

My husband got a "Nun-chuck" on Saturday. It's this plastic catapault that fires little nun figures. My friend saw it in a dollar bin and had to give it to him. So far, he's hit the cat twice "on accident".
