Driving down to Central IL to visit my sis and family tomorrow. Then, coming back Sunday to watch football. I have Monday off, so my husband and I are hitting the Field Museum of Natural Hisory to see an exhibit on Gregor Mendel.

Not a bad result against the Ducks. The Ducks are going to be one of the teams to beat in the league this year, and they managed 40+ shots against one of the best defences in the league
Make that three years running. To be objective this year, we weighed how much food we put on our plates. I ate 1.2 kg of turkey, stuffing and potatoes, followed by 0.89 kg of pie, for a total of 2.09 kg of dinner (4.61 pounds for the yanks), almost a full pound of food more than the 2nd place finisher.nafnikufesin said:

after bowling, went to a casino. the girls we were with wanted to see the band there. disco cover band. then gambled, won $150 from $40. last night went to a rocky horror thing instead of hockey. never been to that. well, at least tonight's predictable, mushroomhead show. and taking last word back.

no, they didn't. and mushroomhead kicks ass live. they do a very good show. it was a small venue, so that might have had something to do with it. crowd was very into it. very good pit. was right by the "water" drums. got completely drenched. oh well.
