OT: Who gets the last word?

I don't get FX, but at least for the upcoming season I've figured out which Canadian channel airs it, so I won't have to wait for DVD or downloads
Joke from Kandahar:
An American, an Englishman and an Afghan are killed and end up in hell.
They work hard there, and Satan grants them a phone call each, to the world of the living.
The American runs to the phone and calls his mother, he´s on the phone for half an hour. When he´s done, Satan hands him a phone bill saying $1000!
When the Englishman hangs up the phone after one hour, he´s presented with a bill on £1000!
Then it´s the Afghan´s turn. He talks and talks for ages, and when he´s done after 2 hours, Satan charges him 7 afghani.
The American and the brit go ballistic and protest to this.
Satan finally calms them down, and says:
"It was a local call!"

My husband had to go on security lockdown at work today cuz some stupid freshman tried to post on Wikipedia that there would be a shooting at the school today. The FBI soon paid a visit to his house.

I drew the pictures on the pumpkins last night but let the carving wait until today (during school hours, of course) and my husband decided to do it for me and all I had to do was scrape out the seeds and guts. Guess now I can't weenie out of making cookies because I won't have time for them.

I also forgot to mention that there's a Halloween party at the school today (complete with parade), then we might take the kids back to karate - we don't take them in when they're sick, unlike some other inconsiderate parents - have dinner, take them out trick or treating, I'll probably run out of candy because I wasn't able to buy much last night because Walmart actually ran out of Halloween candy this year, so I grabbed what I could, and then after all of that fun, I get to go to work for 10 hours for inventory!!!!!!! Don't expect any posts from me before dinnertime tomorrow, I plan to be sleeping.

The kids are going to be Spiderman and Cinderella. I tried like hell to get Snow White in there instead of Cinderella just for something different, but since Cinderella gets all the marketing, she also gets all of the recognition. At least she's not another fucking Care Bear. (She's overdone those with Halloween and birthdays.)
Made it through one batch of cookies, the fall parade, and the class party. Was going to let them work off the sugar of the party at karate tonight but it's only open floor til 5, and open floor is a waste of time IMO. So instead I sent Tonya to bed and Joe's cleaning the playroom (we told him he has to if he wants to go trick-or-treating tonight, mwahaha), I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to take a nap before dinner as I'm supposed to head into work later. Dinner is going to be leftover pork chops and Ramen noodles.
