I was debating about sticking with the cable company or switching to satellite, but the cable company doesn't offer any promotions to existing customers, so they wanted to charge me full price for an inferior receiver, when I could get a superior receiver for $450 less by switching companies. They're so busy trying to lure new customers that they can't keep their existing ones?

it's harder to get a customer to comeback, than to have not lost one in the first place. some companies realize that, others don't. msn realized it, have a department that is dedicated to only retaining customers. I was a trainer for that. and tmobile has what they call, "trigger" statements training. where if you hear someone use one, you try and retain them. do something. was happy when my trainee's went out on their own taking calls, had the highest save percentages out of any other training class.

I initially got home at 1 in the afternoon, but then got called back in for a couple hours at 3. Got home by dinner and was home for the rest of the night. The resident was there until around midnight, the last time she called me was around 11 pm.
