Just bought tickets to go see Type O at Harpos in Detroit and Porcupine Tree in Grand Rapids. Not a real big fan of Porcupine Tree, but my buddy loves them and I make him go to a bunch of shows that he isn't a big fan of....SO it looks like I am going to finally have to repay the favor. Oh well, I can think of worse bands to go see.

My husband just called for my help in coming up with a good reason to go out and buy Guitar Hero. I said that it could be our anniversary present to ourselves.

Nevermind that our anniversary is in 2 months. And we already used that excuse to preorder this kickass Alex Ross Batman statue.

I think we need to start realizing that we don't have to have an occasion to buy stuff anymore.
