A jobs benefit package is how I base whether or not I want to work there. Money is nice and all, but it definitely isn't a main factor in my decision making.

You aren't that far off

It's a catch-22. I can't watch it when the kids are awake because they demand my attention, or the TV is in use showing Lunar Jim, Inspector Gadget or Star Wars. I can't watch it after the kids go to bed, because my wife doesn't like my music. So I have to wait for nights when my wife is out, and then try and get the kids to bed as early as possible.

good luck with that. When my wife's out and now that my son's older I force my son to watch a trip thru red times well actually he can go hide in his room with his PC, gamecube and PS2 when he's not on restrcition. Damn teenagers.

I just finished the two interviews. The first one was with the Manager of the web department. It went OK. The next one was with the HR manager and that one went really well.
They told me that it will be about a week to a week and a half before they decide whether or not to call me in for a face to face interview.
I could really use a beer right now...too bad I quit drinking.

just got home from long trip to Phoenix and back. Well, have been back, but haven't gotten home really until today.

Did the whole tourist thing with some relatives in L.A, we went down Malibu, by Santa Monica Pier, Bel Air, Hollywood, Sunset Strip, and other places. took some pictures too.
