Ya know, they day they honor the great civil rights activist by giving a bunch of white folk the day off.

Yeah, the interesting ways of making holidays...like in Canada, we have a long weekend in May for Queen Victoria. Like anyone in Canada could give a crap about a former English Queen, aside from the fact that we get a long weekend out of it. At least Martin Luther King day is a tribute to someone from your own country.

This is bullshit. When the snow hit Seattle in November, I was up in Seattle getting snowed on. Portland was clear of snow. Now the snow is hitting Portland, and Seattle is clear. And I'm in Portland. Damn winter sucks ass. Oh well, lock in my 8 wheel drive and have fun with a big rig.

The only purpose snow has is for skiing. I'm just glad I got my BBQ for the month this past weekend before the snow hit.
