I get to see them with Down next Tuesday :kickass:

Should be a sweet show....Just be prepared to listen to 15 minute rants from Phil about absolutely nothing and that is if you can actually decipher what he is saying...He has been nothing but a disappointment live as of late..I've seen him a few times in his other bands and he honestly spends more time talking now then he does actually playing..Just warning ya....H&H should be friggin awesome, though.

*Edit* My friend just informed me that he is buying 4 Heaven and Hell pre-sale tickets at noon today and one of them is mine...The only bummer is I've never been a fan of Megadeth and I am going to see Machine Head next weekend and have already seen them a bunch of times...So it looks like I'll just be there to see Heaven and Hell....I actually would have preferred to have seen Down on this one:lol:

I saw Phil with Pantera in the late 90's (coincidentally when they opened for Black Sabbath), but I'm really stoked to see Down play. The only "down" side is that they're the opening set, so it'll probably only be half an hour or so. (I heard Megadeth's set will only be about 45 minutes)

I saw Pantera back in 96. They were co-headlining with White Zombie and Eyehategod opened. Phil went off about Metallica who was on Lollapalooza that year, which was I think 3 days after their concert at the same venue. That place kicked ass for concerts, The Gorge Ampitheater. Anthrax played there on the Maximum Rock Tour. The infamous metal chair "inciting a mosh pit" incident. Some dumb ass put metal folding chairs down where the general admin area normally is. Everyone ripped chairs apart and started throwing them everywhere during the end of Thrax's set (Bring the Noise). Continued doing that during Megadeth. Great venue to watch concerts at. Out in the middle of nowhere, on a cliff over looking the Columbia River. The backdrop behind the stage is the cliff and river.

Just scored a sweet Scissorfight shirt off of ebay. Not sure why the pic came out all pixelated when I saved it.

Just one of the best bands out there that pretty much no one knows about. Buy "Jaggernaut" or "Mantrapping for Sport and Profit" and you will see/hear that I am right (as always:lol: ).

Every day I take the stairs up 6 flights to my office, basically to fool myself into thinking I'm getting at least a little physical activity each day. Today, they're painting the stairwell...try breathing heavy after climbing 6 flights and inhaling paint fumes...:goggly: :zombie:

My respect for the russian former wrestler Karelin has grown to enourmous proportions. This guy trained buy drinking a can of milk and then went running in half-meter deep snow. When I was running down the trail today I was in 10 cm of snow and ice and was I whining and bitching to myself (and the squirrels and crows) after 2 kilometers or so. Guess I won´t win the gold medal in Bejing after all.

Sounds like a cheap buzz
