^ An idea - get rid of the zombie dude altogether, and just have a pair of glowing eyes, maybe a faint outline in the dark of the opening. Also, is the "industrial feel" a part of the plan? Somehow a mix of industrial setting with nightmares/ghosts and whatnot seems a bit odd.

Also, the shadow on the doorframe looks weird. Nothing would make a shadow fall like that.
