Actually I leave them on for simple decoration more than anything, I wear a lot of shit on my left arm too so it would look odd otherwise. That and I never understand why people always assume that "old and always worn" = dirty. They're fabric, they come in the shower with me, they get cleaned. My Wacken 07 wristband is still perfect condition, pretty simple concept.

It's worse when you wake up at 5am, take an hour bus to school and then the teacher doesn't show but tells everyone she's on her way and got "caught" in traffic then doesn't show up until 40 minutes left of class and throws a shitfit that no one is there.
