are you retarded? it actually was pretty damn good. last year they had in flames, black label, iron maiden, sabbath, the haunted, soilsuck, arch enemy which to me is pretty good for ozzfest and the year before they had mother fuckin judas priest, slayer, dimmu, bls. sure it isn't a wacken, but for a usa festival those lineups are pretty fucking good. i'd say gigantour last year was just as good as ozzfest and that they were pretty tied, sounds of the underground last year sucked dick.

Ok, Maiden and Priest then. I'd rather see them on their own tours though with longer sets. Probably the same price as Ozzfest, and less dried-up shit to sit through. If it were 6 or 8 years ago I'd be a little more excited about seeing In Flames, Dimmu, Slayer, etc.

Yes I hate mezmerize. I've heard it many times because my sister really liked it. Horrible guitar sound, repetative mostly stupid lyrics, and way to much of that guitar play singing. Their real singer is kind of interesting but he's basically backup on the last two CDs.

Ozzfest has its ups and downs. last year i ment Bjorn from In Flames, 2 years ago Slayer and Dimmu played. not to forget the wonderfull year of 2001, i'm pretty sure that was their nu-metal year, this year is just like it, except with queer bands.
