I'll never forget the 5th time I seen Pantera when they opened up (behind a curtain) to Suicide Note Pt.1 , all mellow and shit.
Then pt.2 dropped in, the curtains fell and the wildest pit exploded. Pantera pits were br0000tal!

I like half of Cowboys, Vulgar and Trendkill. Decent band and somewhat innovative, and I actually like Anselmo's vocals a lot. For me, Down is a much better band.

i think The Great Southern Trend Kill is theire heaviest record follow by Far Beyond Driven and then Reinveting The Steel, and man dont pay attencion to those guys with those reviews cause Pantera is Fucking great and you know it... those mother fuckers probably just like bands of black metal and stuff wich really sucks so it dosent matter what they say Pantera was on the 90s the band who put the heavy metal on the map again, but off course they do not know that, Pantera Forever DUDE

Haven't heard the early stuff. I have only heard Arise, Chaos AD and Roots. Based on those, I don't like Sepultura.

re: Cowboys From Hell - absolutely killer album, and yeah the first song I thought of when posting that it wasn't a heavy album before, was Primal Concrete Sledge - yeah that's heavy, but the rest of it isn't really, except for the odd moment/riff.
