PEOPLE, just what is the BEST "SENTENCED" album???

Fuck, I have just taken the time to discover Sentenced for myself recently...HOLY SHIT man, I am liking what I am hearing! I wanna know what their ABSOLUTE BEST material is.

So far, I downloaded just "Blood & Tears." Damn, AWESOME song, I must admit with a killer, catchy intro.

Come on, let's hear it...any sentenced listeners here?

Frozen, Crimson, and TCWL are pretty much lesser and slight variations on Down. actually i hate TCWL for some reason. Amok is also very cool

My faves are Amok and The Cold White Light. I just love the satirical attitude they take on TCWL, and besides it's got some pretty cool rockers.

They're two very different eras. Shadows of the Past and North from Here are like black metal with a death touch. Amok is a sort of dark metal, with a lot of Maidenisms. Most people seem to prefer that one over all. From Down to The Cold White Light they change vocalist and take on a "suicide rock" sort of thing. Very poppy and catchy. If you ask me Down and Frozen are pretty weak on comparison to their last two, specially TCWL. There they become more rocker and less serious than on the other 3. That's why it is my fave along with Amok.

Does anyone else think that the vocalist sometimes sounds a bit too close to Hetfield off Metallica? This is kind of a turn off for me...

My faves are Blood&Tears as well as Forever Lost. I think I'm going to have to buy that compilation if these two songs are on there....they are a very good band, though, for sure. Forever Lost has some ral cool guitar tunes...very well done, musically.

The only albums of theirs I like are "Shadows of the Past" and "North From Here". Some of their latest material just makes me laugh. It's horrible.
