Photo Pass Sticker Material, anyone know where to get it?

So I don't even know what it is called, but I get these Photo Pass stickers all the time at shows... it is like a Fabric Sticker that has the band's tour design and says Photo Pass or Backstage Pass or whatever on it...but the material is weird. It is not a lanyard...it is a sticker... .can someone please help me in telling me 1) what the material is 2) where can I get the material or are there companies that print these stickers for you?
