3-4cm was general approximation, half an inch isn't precise either, so it doesn't matter.

Good call DWD. It does matter because 3-4 cm is about 1.5 inches. Big difference.

Anyway, 0.5 inches is closer... 1.27 cm. (2 decimals.. ha!)

It's not that I don't know how much a centimeter is, it's that I have a hard time converting such a small length.

I didn't think it was a word, but apparently it is a word. Meanings:

1b. ARDENT, WANTON

But the word you probaby want is SPORTIF.
Means SPORTY.
