what's fun is to make something like that, then animate it so every minute it spins wildly for a few seconds and twitches occasionally.

it has nothing to do with an animated gif. just choose one of the circle and stare at it, and it won't move ever. look at another one, and immediately the one you were staring at before moves around. it's an optical illusion, just that.

@VC: really nice. and i think that when you move your eyes a bit you think the circles move, but when you have your stare completely fixed for a while everything stops moving.
