The thing with "profeSSional model London Andrews" is that even her knees are fat.
And it's everyone's choice how much fat you carry on your body, but she's clearly done lipo on the stomach or/and injected her own fat to other places. Because when you're heavy like that - you can't have tiny waist and flat stomach.
