Pre-SotS At the Gates
Mournful Congregation

.... and I love both now.

Darkthrone - didnt like them at first, but "Transylvanian Hunger" did it for me.


Devildriver - never got into them, but "The Last Kind Words" and the MDM influences on that album did it for me.


Coheed and Cambria - Is it a girl singing? Dosnt matter cause the concept\comics and the chill tunes did it for me after all.

Amorphis - Tales Actually, nothing stuck with me the first couple times

I loved Amorphis as soon as I first heard them; everything was just so epic.
