Every time I hear a country accent now it makes me wanna throat punch someone. I never realized it before and used to kinda take offense to it being from Louisiana and all, but a country accent really does make you sound dumb.

Not a Southern accent, but a country/redneck/hick accent. Hers was kinda in the middle; it wasn't too thick but it was that stereotypical country chick-living-in-a-trailer whiny, nasal voice that annoys the hell out of me.
