i have this

I like how vodka is clear and you go "oh this must be water *chug* OH NOES!!!"

Well I've never done that. But I know someone that did.

I stir my martinis in ice, just enough to chill it and slightly water it down. I'm sure I'll get called gay for drinking martinis, which doesn't make sense because the only thing stronger/manlier is a Manhattan when it all comes down to it.

Not counting straight drinks with no ice of course.

hell mike. one of the first times he was drunk, and he had just puked or something i think and felt really bad... and one of his FRIENDS was like "here drink this, have a glass of water *muffled giggle*" and hes like OH THANKS MAN *CHUG CHUG* yeah you can figure out the rest

about alcohol content... seriously who needs more than about 40% anyway... stronger than that and it's tough to drink straight (for me anyway, i'm not russian) at which point.. why bother

It's funny how above 40% things get REALLY strong. Like 43% scotch is very much stronger than 40%. And then there's bourbon, which gets up to ridiculous levels like 60%. Bourbon makes men out of small children.

HEY but there's also -- i heard -- this phenomenon where something that is 40% is easier to drink straight than something maybe 30% or so because above a certain percentage (it's not 30% but something like that) the taste buds get kinda numbened or something and so it doesnt taste as horrible! i forget exactly what the deal is but yeah

and in russia and lots of those countries around that part of the world i think most vodkas are about 50-60%... 40 is wimp stuff man

Cool, never heard that.

yeah, great stuff... I mean you can't compare it to grey goose, for example, but as far as vodkas to actually enjoy on the rocks, it's near the bottom of the spectrum but still quite enjoyable (and could still be considered "high class"?).. a great taste per dollar ratio imo
