That trench coat is hilarious looking, but at least that guy gets the idea. You shouldn't be neatly placing each patch on your jacket, evenly spaced and all nice looking. You have to throw that shit on there any which way. Metal is not nice and neat looking. Metal is just waking up out of bed not having taken a shower in a week and throwing your just as messy looking patch vest/jacket thingy on to finish the look.

On a side note, I think patch vests/jackets are really lame looking and I would never be caught dead wearing one. So obviously my opinion is about as useful as tits on a nun.

I agree with some people about not having too many patches on a jacket. Less is more. I wouldn't want it to look like a cluttered mess.
