I think the synths sound a bit off in that second part. I also think they need to be pulled back a bit in the mix too. They serve more of a 'blanket' purpose in Prometheus anyway, just to add depth.

Not the greatest mix by a long shot. I was mainly just messing around because I'd learned the track and wanted to see how well Reason could cut a bass line. So yeah, the bass is a bit too loud in that as well.

The vocals are amazing close to Ihsahn. That's great. On the Nightside cover it sounded like they were using Abbath.

I can't emphasize how fucking good Jack's vocals are. Ever since the Nightside Eclipse cover, he's just blown me away. What was the signal chain on his vocals, Niel?

EDIT: There seems to be a bit of sibilance on the vocals. Did you use a de-esser to pull it back at all?
