I know it's a witbier, I come from the country that brews Hoegaarden, r'member? But chucking lemon in it, that's the same as putting ice in whisky - everyone thinks that's the way it's supposed to be done, but it makes your drink taste like shit.

Huh? We drink witbier straight over here, it's just that we consider it weak beer, more suitable for women or adolescents who want to get used to the taste. It's sweeter and more accessible, even without lemon. I don't get why people feel the need to add fruit to beer, it's like raping a nun

Its got a really nice Toffyesq (sp?) quality to it. I am a big stout guy actually and was very very surprised I liked this amber. Its not overly light like you would think.
