I'm really clean, but I lack organizational skills. This results in lots of completely random shit. I have piles of CDs all over my apartment, in pretty much every nook and cranny and on every flat surface in the place. I need to just break down and get a bigger cd rack. I never eat at my kitchen table so it's home to lots of various things that usually get changed out every few days for something else. I always throw my backpack on the table when I get home every night. It usually lands between the cd piles, random mail, pens, pocket change, and hoodie that for whatever reason I decided not to wear that day.
Sometimes dishes pile up in my sink if I'm really busy at night during the week, but usually I'm good about putting them in the dishwasher when I'm done. Whenever I cook I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS clean out my pots and pans before I eat or in an extremely rare case, directly afterwards. I HATE having leftover food laying around and I hate having dishes in the sink or dishwasher that haven't at least been rinsed off. It's soooo much easier to rinse things off right away rather than waiting for it dry up and get crusty. By then it usually doesn't smell good either.
So in short, I'm extremely clean but extremely disorganized as well. I have random things laying around always, but never anything dirty. Ew.
OH SHIT I forgot about clothes. I'll admit to having dirty clothes laying on the floor of my bedroom, but it's because I honestly have nowhere else to put them. Dresser and closet are both full and I have no other means of storage at the moment. Every time I see a pile I think to myself I need to put together a box for the Salvation Army of clothes I don't wear any more, but it's still yet to happen.
