Pro Tools 9

I just don't understand 100% about the ADC thing as I never thought about it, since every daw I've used had ADC. So I saw on online video when they were demo'ing it, that it has ADC 4096 samples, that feels to me like it's not enough for heavy usage... is it? Or would that include all those bullshit NI virtual instruments which I don't give a fuck, only need to use any of that stuff from time to time

Now, DV247 has the M-Powered upgrade for 285,25€. Sweetwater sells the electronic delivery for roughly 245€. Does Avid have some reason to brutally ass-rape me if I go ahead and order the electronic delivery from the states?

upgrade and download from avid store. Download took about 15 minutes. cost me 272 bucks canadian which was totally worth it!

So far it's running totally perfectly sans interface and all my plugs have loaded and work!

What the fuck, I'm positively surprised and actually pretty excited! :3

I'm going to get it fo' sho'. Still probably going to stick to Logic as my main DAW for composing and mixing, but I have a feeling I'm going to start doing all recording (expect maybe vocals because of the quick swipe comping) and editing in PT.
