A mate of mine (who is a promoter/event manager) just got the rights to use the name "Prog Power Oz" for the Sydney annual gig! I'm so excited, apparently Pagan's Mind and Dragonforce are interested in coming out. That would rule if they came out.

Finally Australia is GETTING THERE!

Sadly............. I'm not going...
althought I was supposed to go and everything was ready...
the story:

It took Orphaned Land too long to finally get their visas for the US,
so I couldn't make any plans for this fest until I knew for sure they're going,
(because lets face it... I'm going only for Orphaned Land.. the rest of the bands are BLEH)
so finally a week ago Koby informs me they got their visas, and he asks if to put me on the list so of course I go- YES!
and while searching for flights,
my friends go like: "what? you're going away on your birthday?"
(yes 16th of September, the day of the fest)
apparantly, they are planning some party for me, and they already got tickets (I dont know for what, but they said they already have tickets for me for something)
plus.... my brother is coming to surprise me on my birthday from Israel....
so jee, I guess I can't fucking leave ............
althought... I wanna see my friends play in Atlanta and meet all of you
I just can't leave.....

have fun for me too, and tell OL I love them
