Are any ye bastards into any punk music? Of any kind? I know it's generally hated in most metal circles (and understandably in many respects) but I get the feeling some of you, like myself, can appreciate quite a few bands in this genre. If so, please speak out.

yes! i love punk, crust, and grind stuff like tragedy, from ashes rise, toxic narcotic, kylesa, phobia, dystopia, voetsek, dropdead, spazz, nausea, d.r.i., discharge, skarp, capitalist casualties, his hero is gone, born/dead, desolation, dead kennedys, doom, artimus pyle, misfits....so much more...such a fuckin shame more metalheads aren't into crust/grind type shit.

tragedy are the fucking shit. better than 99% of the crap on this board.
