Suicide: Since the subject performed an act purposefuly to kill themselves then yes it is suicide

Murder: To purposefully cause the death of another is murder. Whether they want it or not. (No idea if thats the legal definition but its what i say)

For all intensive purposes, the intent is suicidal, but the actual act is murder, as it is the intentional unlawful killing of someone.
Seen from the suicidal person's point of view, it is Euthanasia.

Unfortunately, the insensitive and idiotic 'Law' views the peaceful killing of a person to relieve pain as somehow wrong, sadistic and not for the benefit of the majority, and therefore unlawful...the logic/reasoning in their arguement fails me

I d-loaded what seems to be all of Filigree and Shadow, and about half of It'll End In Tears. I got into them through Dead Can Dance. I guess I would have to say my fav album is Filigree And Shadow, because it has my two fav tracks....Velvet Belly and Ivy And Neet.

Velvet Belly is a mini trip, it offers so much in such a short amount of time I noticed it also plays in the background of My Father
Ivy and Neet is a nice mellow-out track, a little depressive but still good
I didn't know anything about the box set, but I can't really afford it anyway at the moment. Good luck with getting it

Yes, it would still be suicide...

But no, personally, it is only 'Murder' if the person that is killed was a worthwhile person...

The fact that you are too weak to face up to your problems, and feel as though you can only 'deal' with it is to end your life, means that you are not a worthwhile person, and you do not even deserve the time that you are given on this earth. The time that you waste could have been given to someone who was a much better person, such as Chuck Schuldiner, or Brandon Lee.
