if you hired someone to kill you, would it still be suicide? and if it is, would the person you hired still be a murderer?

For all intensive purposes, the intent is suicidal, but the actual act is murder, as it is the intentional unlawful killing of someone.
Seen from the suicidal person's point of view, it is Euthanasia.
Unfortunately, the insensitive and idiotic 'Law' views the peaceful killing of a person to relieve pain as somehow wrong, sadistic and not for the benefit of the majority, and therefore unlawful...the logic/reasoning in their arguement fails me
