On wikipeda and opeth.com they claim that Åkerfeldt did the death vocals on BMD because Jonas was not able to. But then why is Jonas doing death vocals on the October Tide album Rain Without End? They sound great imo so why use Åkerfeldt? Or was the Rain Without End record recorded before BMD? Both came 1997 so it's hard to know if your not that well knowing about Katatonia. But I think I red somewhere that the October Tide stuff were made during the breakup so why did Åkerfeldt do the vocals on BMD?
