This may have been kicked around back in the day, but does anyone really know why Frank left/got booted? Or at least have a good theory?

From what I understand, he just wanted to do some different things. No "official" word was ever made about it.

I bet he's pissed about joining Helmet now. Anthrax's catering has got to blow away Helmet's. To think he threw it all away over a piece of bologna. Such a shame.

Yep, and besides, frank doesnt even play on helmet's new record size matters. he plays only live.
