"Radiohead to give away new album"

Not that I care about Radiohead itself, but the idea of a big band doing this is fascinating.

Is there going to be an option to buy a CD of the album? If so, I like this idea. If the only choices are download or buy the whole box set to have a pressed copy of the album, I don't like it.

It's a good move, but we have to keep in mind that Radiohead are in the peculiar situation to have more to gain by positive publicity (and for being 'controversial') generated by this move, than the money their record company will lose out on. George Michael did this even better and earlier than them and he didn't have as much to gain, therefore the move on his part was just more honest.
