Anyone have any first-hand experience with the randall iso cabs?
My only concerns are that it will sound "boxy" as some people have found and that it won't attenuate as much as I thought. I know it's not meant to be silent, but all I'm hoping for is decent attenuation.
I've watched Ola's video here with the Iso cab and it doesn't sound boxy at all to me. Sounds really good, actually:
I've also watched this review and according to him, the tone has not changed with the lid on and it also seems to attenuate the sound quite well, although I don't know the level his amp was at...
