Raventale - for fans of "post Burzum" stuff like Drudkh

Damn, another thing I need to purchase. To hell with this Forum!!!

Rob, get some more cd's in stock pronto por flavor. Brokeback Recordings website doesn't have an online shop. The thing says "Coming Soon". I can't be arsed to email them directly either.

Good stuff. Is this becoming the next big thing out of Ukraine?

There are way too many torrents of this online for such an underground album!

To answer the questions...

I hope to know in the next day or so whether more copies will be coming. If I am able to get them, I would assume 2 weeks before I have them in hand.

As for credit vs. refund: that is totally up to you. If I give you a refund, you would need to re-order once they arrived (if you were still interested). If you go with a credit, you could look at it as a pre-order. You paid for a copy in advance today. It would ship to you as soon as it arrived. There would be nothing more to do on your part. I would issue you a credit number to make it official.

As for Sorcier des Glaces...I haven't given it enough time to officially recommend it or not. I will tell you this, though...I put a copy aside for myself. When I get things in I try to listen to a track or two so I can see what it is all about. If I don't like it at all, it just goes into inventory. If it sounds great right off the bat, a copy goes into my collection. If it is somewhere in between, I set it aside for further review when I have time. This was one of those. I'm listening to it as I type this. I will be keeping a copy. Is it essential? No. It's definitely solid. I wasn't familiar with them other than by name until I got this album in, so I can't compare it to anything they may have done prior.

If you guys have any other questions, let me know. I need to look around this site a little more. It seems I could spend hours here.

Ars Magna, your stock looks pretty nice! If you do get more copies of Raventale, I'll be that much more likley to put in an order for Animus and a couple of other things as well!

Here is my dream-order from Ars Magna:
Animus - Poems For The Aching...
Dead Raven Choir - Selenoclast Wolves
Misery's Omen - Misery's Omen
Morbius - Sojourns Through the Septiac
Silencer - Death Pierce Me

And a few I wouldn't mind some more info on:
Instinct - Instinct
Onirik - Walking As a Shadow
Uvall - October Turns...Ruined

With his debut full length release, Animus delivers six tracks (50 minutes) of introspective, emotional, and highly evolved, yet primitive Black Metal. A bridge between the epic past and the promising present, ‘Poems…’ represents the pinnacle of intensely personal and stunningly desolate Black Metal. Carving out a bleak landscape through use of minor key melodies, a buzzing wall of distorted blackness, and tortured screams, ‘Poems…’ offers a vision unchallenged by most. :worship:

Greetings from Ukraine! I'm Astarot from Raventale. I am the unique participant of this command and I was very surprised, when knew that my music caused such stormy discussions. Thank you, glad that an album pleased you. If you will have some questions - ask, will endeavour to answer.
PS. I am sorry, if my English not very much competent

You have nothing to apologize for. Your English is so much better than so many of the monkeys I teach over here.
