By football I take it you mean soccer, and not American football. That will get you in great shape. Yeah, to put on muscle takes a lot of discipline. I'm still trying to get even bigger. Id like to look the way you do, mate. I lack the strength to keep up hard work I guess, lol. I havent been running for a week now, and meanwhile content myself with trying to lose some weight. Man, Im metal as fuck. Must be the christmas time![]()

Yes. You need to rest so the muscles grow. If you train every day you won't make progress because you don't have time to recover.ante said:yeah but I think that is better to have like 3 to 5 trainings in a week coz one also need to rest, that´s part of training as well, anyway ->![]()
