Really Official UM´s Member Pictures

Heh heh that's me in the avatar, cut from a photo of me and a couple friends... now can someone explain to me how I post a pic, so that I don't have to filter through a million pages to find it? Thanks!

A mock-up of the next guitar I will order:

I was in a wacky mood yesterday and decided i'd do the same thing (no guitar though =P ) but then I realised my webcam doesn't have a delay timer, so I can't actually take a pic that encompasses my whole person in it. I'd have to get one of my flatmates to take the snapshot, but that would just be too weird!
I dont have a delay timer either, just set it up record video, and then run the video as clean as you can, then take a screen shot and crop it down to size. :D thats what I did.

Only going with a bridge pickup?
Yup. I generally use my bridge for rythm and lead. If I ever need to do any clean lead, which is rare, I can always use one of my other guitars.

People commonly tell me that only 1 hum limits your diversity and creativity. All I have to do is post this:

Yes, I really did post a picture of Eddie.

Yeah, everyone likes a Rhoads V. I dunno though...I am needing a new guitar, but I don't know which guitar company I prefer. I like more tradition guitar body styles, V's and crazy shaped guitars are uncomfortable to me. Ideally, I would just whack John Petrucci over the head while he's walking down a dark alley and take his guitar...I think he plays on an ernie ball now...

Actually the rhoads is designed with the classical guitarist in mind. if you put the apex on your right leg, and put your lef leg a little higher, it is perfect.

and also, i saw a John petrucci signature model guitar, for $700. but one problem, it had a huge chunk or paint missing.

Well that all depends if you're sitting or standing. Personally, the best playing guitar sitting would have to be a Warrior, and that's one of the most non-traditional looking body styles as it is. The neck just "hovers" at the right playing height. On a traditional style guitar, the neck will drop if released....

A KV style guitar is similar...

But it's all personal preference though.
