This track is really cool man! Thanks for uploading the stems! Something really new for me so I think with hindsight, i'd take some of the attack off the toms and make the whole thing a bit more chilled out drum-wise but that'd mean starting again so this is what I came up with.

Hey, thanks for posting your mix! I like what you did in the intro
I think your mix lacks some low end, guitars in the intro sound a bit harsh so maybe try adding some lower frequencies to guitars.
What did you use?

Thanks man. I think there's more sub frequencies than low end in it, I had to tame around 60hz during mastering though so I feel it might have taken away from it a bit. Should have gone back to the mix to be honest.

I used Superior 2.0 metal foundry, with slate triggers. Parallel compressed the snare, kick and toms and then compressed the overheads, rooms etc through a separate channel.

Guitars are Revalver MKIII.V with the tube screamer, 6505 then into the catharsis awesome IR's. I used 2 amps per side, same setting different IR's.

The guitars in the intro are on the lead track, so it's hi passed at around 160hz. The rhythms are hi passed at around 70hz. I wanted them thin so it would slam in more when everything came in. Just preference really on that.

Woow great track, found it so good i also did a take on it!!

This is my first time so be gentle, i used the processing and mastering
from my current projects. I also used not all files from the track.
