Amazon also sold the jewel case version with the book and bonus tracks. I pre-ordered mine there for $11.49.

There is a jewel case version which I believe is listed as Deluxe Edition. was $2 more at Best Buy and has 24 page booklet and 2 bonus cuts.

Yes, it was on sale at Best Buy last week for $11.99. Didnt buy it though because I can probably find it used for cheaper soon, and im not a huge fan.

My favorite Amazon move is when you order a CD and they send you one of those 'on demand' CD-R's, without advertising it as such. They MUST be losing money on that deal, as almost every single item gets sent back to them.

They are much better about it now, due to the complaints and returns, but there was a time when they were handing those things out like that was all there was ever gonna be...

I'm double pissed about this Ghost ordeal because FedEx mis-delivered the first package as usual, and I had to go through calling Amazon in order to get a replacement, which turned out to be a cardboard slipcase... should I have known I'd have taken the full refund instead...

This is not yet released but anyone into RAZOR needs to keep an eye out for these youngsters when they finally land a deal to get it released! Absolutely amazing to these ears!! A bit too Razor-ish some might think but I couldn't care less! Every band needs to rip off Razor. The world would be a better place for it
