I have just received the promo of their new release "Hybernation" which is hitting the streets 2. February... As you can guess from the title, the style is influenced by some electronic/symphonic elements... It´s pretty cool in fact... Blackmetal with heavy synths, executed pretty well... No viking-stuff though... It must be a stupid rumour, their older style (which I truly doubt) or simply another band with the same name...

Oh, and according to the original thread I could add Golden Dawn to the list... Have just received their new too... "Masquerade" is its name... Also pretty cool... Havent heard it much yet though...

Their two first releases, a S/T MCD (fucking brilliant!) and a fullength called "Crystal Palace" are even more "viking" than Opus III. They´ve went downhill as of late, if you ask me. I´ve only heard one song from Hybernation though but it did nothing for me.
