They are not viking metal per se but Heol Telwen is an incredible celtic folk/black metal band. I really can not say enough good things about them, check them out if you get the chance.

Cruachan are some great Irish Folk/Pagan Metal, you may like them, not too sure about the forementioned Korpiklaani if they would only fit into the same genre as cruachan..

Cruachan is fun stuff. They do great covers of clasic Irish folk songs. tiocfaidh ar la.
