Yeah, yeah, I know - the band name sucks. I almost didn't bother giving their mini-album 'Deeper The Hole' a listen on that basis alone when it landed on my doorstep last year, but I was very glad that I finally decided to give them a chance - these guys play tight, technically adroit progressive death metal with a vibe that falls somewhere in between Opeth and Death. I've seen them live a couple of times now, and they've delivered the goods on both occasions. Here's 'Nucleus';

Not digging the vocals, nor the pseudo break downs. :shout two syllables, :drum fill: <break> ugh: Somebody around here may enjoy this. There's some really nice moments in the latter half, but too little, too late. Any other recommended tracks by them (choose wisely sir)? Perhaps this one was merely a blank?

Hmm, not feeling it Phil. The vocals just kill any and all potential that the underlying music brings to the table. Hate the constant stop and go tempo changes too.
