Recording tommorow, fret buzz issues + DI clips inside!

Of the experience I've had with Hellraisers and a previous Jackson, I may go out on a limb and say that any Hellraiser that has these problems may need a better nut than the standard one, or as Steve suggested, a shim. It would make the job easier. FWIW, I haven't played a Hellraiser that I was 100% happy with the set up.
 
Yeah I think its the one thing I can say off hand my LTD has had over the Schecters, ive had very little problems with my explorer, even after owning it twice as long as my Schecters.
 
It's wierd with Schecter dude. I love my C1 (30th anniv). Had pretty much 0 problems with it. When I get frett buzz, I know it's tme to change strings, and that's that. Every Hellraiser I've played, while feeling nice has had some degree of frett buzz. Either they aren't getting the truss rod right, or the nuts they use on them are absolute shit. Or both.
