I used similar settings on the clips above, less Gain though. Try lowering the Bass and Gain some. Record 2 takes, panning 1 left and 1 right. It is always hard to judge single tracks.

I listened back to the 6505 tracks today and they sounded a little dark and muffled. Here is a new take with brighter and clearer guitars. It may be better. The guitars are RAW again, no EQ, etc...

The TS clip is definitely better. It benefits from the added gain and compression.

the TS clip sounded much better to me as well. The one without TS sounded farty in comparison.
