does anyone have a good example of a recording track sheet ?

We are about to start recording and going through the planing stage, and because we are recording the drums in one studio the rest in another studio I'd like to have a physical log of what was recorded etc and any notes

I've never found a template to use, but a simple excel spreadsheet would probably work well, and then just print off a ton of copies.

Like:

Drums
Guitars Rhythms
Guitars Leads
Bass
Vocals

And just do the song titles over the top row of fields so you know which tunes you've banged out.

Looks like a good example, but it should be more tailored, which means it depends on what you want to take note of, and the gear you are using.

Tempo mapping and key changes... such things are DAW internal

I wanted the sheets becuase we will put the tempo,key,track listing etc down before we enter the studio,

also once we record the drums we will may move between nuendo and protools environments and just wanted an external document to scrawl over while recording is in process etc - also as a reference document.
