Holy fuck.....I had all the outputs commanded by the master volume knob (and not only the 2 monitors outputs). Now I set the master volume knob only for the monitors outputs and the reamp works great!

yes In the control panel you choose wich output can be assigned to the master volume knob. You can choose all the output pairs and it was my case.

It defaults because it probably assumes you're running a 7.1 set-up. Nice to hear it worked out for ya, man. I'm glad you didn't have to wade through the routing monstrosity that is the Hammerfall DSP Mixer! Had some fun times on that thing...
