Has anyone noticed that Rod Tyler sounds a bit too much like Tim 'Ripper' Owens- Judas Priest's vocalist?

I mean... in my humild opinion, I think Mr. Tyler's voice a huge P.O.S., actually! And... in the other hand... Mr. Owens is a hell of a singer!!

I'll try to listen Mr. Tyler's voice a little more, to see if his voice has a bit of similarity with Mr. Owen's voice...

No, I didn't mean he has same range. Of course not! He's actually not a good singer, he's missing notes and everything, but their mid range sounds almost identical at times. Listen to Thorns of Sorrow and then something from Priest Live Meltdown
- there is a certain similarity when he does 'there's no image in the mirror' line. It reminds me of Beyond the Realms Of Death'.
Just my impression.
